Masterplan
Puy du Fou UK will be a place where, between April – October each year, visitors can walk through a beautiful, wooded park with stunning landscaped gardens, and immerse themselves in British history by visiting 4 period villages and 13 world-class live shows, comprised of 6 outdoor shows and 7 indoor shows.
The main entrance will be on the northern side of the park. The predominant pedestrian flow will be a circular route around the main water features with the villages and shows radiating off this route at intervals.
Hotels
There will be 3 onsite hotels on the eastern side of the site, themed to different periods of British history. Our hotels are fully operated by Puy du Fou and only offer all family rooms, sleeping between 4-5 people. Like the park, the hotels will only open during April – October, apart from the conference centre hotel which will open as and when there are conference bookings in our closed season.

Phasing
Whilst the outline application will take account of all the villages and shows, these will be delivered in 8 phases over the next 10 years, depending on visitor number growth.
Applications
The outline planning application in 2025 will determine key principles such as land uses, building mass and maximum heights, access, parking, utilities etc, in effect creating a parameter plan for the following subsequent detailed (reserved matters) applications for each phase. The local community will be consulted on each application in each phase.
